Refund/Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.. If you  cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $20, unless it is a free consultation appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide notice of at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at , texting 303.880.0432, or calling our office at 303.880.0432. All Refund requests must be made within 12hrs of  purchase and directed to  or to 303.880.0432.. There are no full refunds given for downloadable purchases. 

Fulfillment Policy
For personalized coaching packages that are uniquely tailored to be one time purchases, one-third of payment is due upon receipt of invoice and full payment is due upon receipt of purchased plan, unless otherwise agreed upon. Monthly payments are expected to be paid in full as understood by the purchase of payment plans.
